Hey! Got an Email from China Domain Name Registration Center, Asian Domain Registration Service In China, The Department Of Registration Service In China etc.?

Dear CEO,

(If you are not the person who is in charge of this, please forward this to your CEO, because this is urgent, Thanks)

We are a Network Service Company which is the domain name registration center in Shanghai, China.
We received an application from Huayi Ltd on July 6, 2015. They want to register " tore-in-fremde-welten " as their Internet Keyword and " tore-in-fremde-welten .cn "、" tore-in-fremde-welten .com.cn " 、" tore-in-fremde-welten .net.cn "、" tore-in-fremde-welten .org.cn " 、" tore-in-fremde-welten .asia " domain names etc.., they are in China and Asia domain names. But after checking it, we find " tore-in-fremde-welten " conflicts with your company. In order to deal with this matter better, so we send you email and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China or not?

Best Regards,

Jim

Dear Jim Gong,

Thank you for your email.
The operators of the german/austrian Website "Tore-in-fremde-Welten" have no distributor or business partner in China and will never partnered in China and Asia possess. I don’t agree a registration of these domains and would be grateful, if this application from Huayi Ltd on July 6, 2015 would reject.

best regards

Dear Mr. Jim Gong,

Please excuse, that I'm contacting you, because I have received a request about "tore-in-fremde-welten".

I received an email with the application of Jiang Zhihai, to use of the Internet key words "tore-in-fremde-welten". This application I rejected with following reason. Because I wonder why the German words at "tore-in-fremde-welten" should be very important for China and Asia. I would like that the internet keywords and domain name of "tore-in-fremde-welten" stay unique in the world and would be grateful, if repeated applications may be rejected.

best regards

Dear Jiang Zhihai,

Thank you for your email.
I'm sorry, but I reject your request.  "tore-in-fremde-welten" is unique in the world and it should be in the future too. Please follow the advice of Mr. Jim.

Why exactly should german words for the Chinese and Asia market to be very important? Why you don't use Chinese or English words for the Internet Keyword and domain name? "Gates-to-foreign-worlds" is a potential English translation of the key words and sounds much more dynamic.

Best regards

Dear XXX

Based on your company having no relationship with them, we have suggested they should choose another name to avoid this conflict but they insist on this name as CN/ASIA domain names (asia/ cn/ com.cn/ net.cn/ org.cn) and internet keyword on the internet. In our opinion, maybe they do the similar business as your company and register it to promote his company.
According to the domain name registration principle: The domain names and internet keyword which applied based on the international principle are opened to companies as well as individuals. Any companies or individuals have rights to register any domain name and internet keyword which are unregistered. Because your company haven't registered this name as CN/ASIA domains and internet keyword on the internet, anyone can obtain them by registration. However, in order to avoid this conflict, the trademark or original name owner has priority to make this registration in our audit period. If your company is the original owner of this name and want to register these CN/ASIA domain names (asia/ cn/ com.cn/ net.cn/ org.cn) and internet keyword to prevent anybody from using them, please inform us. We can send an application form and the price list to you and help you register these within dispute period.

Kind regards

Jim
